In short, first check if they have remodeled and then visit.
Unfortunately, the reception was unmotivated and didn't care, for example, that the TV didn't work, the water tap splashed. You can see the renovation backlog everywhere and the barred window doesn't make you feel like you're on holiday. Since there is no air conditioning, I wouldn't go there again if it was over 30 degrees, especially because there wasn't even a fan in the dining room.
The waiter in the restaurant was very nice, the food was mediocre.

Just awful! floor dirty. Mirror full of fingerprints. Power line open in front of the room! no climate. Dirty bed sheets not cleaned the bed! You don't need to talk about the bathroom, the tiles were dirty and full of lime. Sink full of dirt. bath tub without stubble. stuffy in the whole hotel. eat very bored. nothing fresh. drinks not freshly refilled. no fresh dishes. unfriendly staff. we found a toy from the previous tenant behind a closet. never go there again!

Breakfast absolutely not recommended for this price, or dirty tables/tablecloths. I had to look for PLATES where there was no dirt on top.
